Quorum International 65524-95 Davenport 52-Inch Ceiling Fan features four exclusive Walnut blades complemented by sleek blade holders combined with a rich Old World finish and a warm Amber Scavo glass shade make this fan a welcome addition to any space. Lower Ceilings love the Davenport Hugger since it attaches directly to your ceiling, you have plenty of room to walk underneath. Hang in a family room for the quiet elegance, or over your dining room table for an updated alternative to the traditional chandelier for the benefit of added air movement and style. The 65524-95 includes three 40-watt candelabra base incandescent bulbs for the integrated light kit, and four blades with a 13.5 degree blade pitch for optimal air movement. Davenport has a 4-speed reversible 172mm x 14mm motor with Airflow rated at 5286 CFM on high, 78 CFM/Watt, and only uses 67W (excluding any lights) on high. The 65524-95 comes one per package, and includes one 4-speed wall control with full-range dimmer. For safety reasons, a ceiling fan should hang no lower than 7-feet above the floor. Quorum remote controls (7-3000 and 7-1401-0) are optional, and can be purchased separately. Quorum offers a Lifetime Motor Warranty on this ceiling fan.
